that is whats going to happen. the parts in the trailer where the joker is in prison and his face is all messed up looking is at the end of the movie. the joker will be in the 3rd movie and is responsible for the arrival of two face

i think, and i've heard rumors similar to this, that at the end of the movie, joker will be on trial. Dent will be the occusing attorney, and joker will mame him, hence two-face for the next film. just like in batman begins, they'll show next movie's villian at the end.
