Seabass: We thought about delaying PES 2008 but we had to release it
The producer of PES who goes by the name of 'Seabass' has admitted that his team never wanted to release PES 2008 on the PS3 in its current terrible state. Infact, they thought about delaying it, but Seabass stated that for various factors they had to release it (those factors wouldn't happen to include $$$$$?). Seabass commented that the latest build is so far away from what they wanted and they are just not set up for multi-platform development. As for PES 2009, Seabass says they have listened to the criticism and it might not be out next year as they have gone back to the drawing board.
