This mod includes 3 new quests for the Hlaalu faction stronghold, each one has a reward that increases the size of your stronghold. They include a dock that can take you to either balmora or vivec. A couple of shops(smithy, magic) and a tavern , and lastly your own regiment of troops guarding your new town(though with empire troops in town you have placed faction guards at the gates to your stronghold.)Also they build a barracks. This is just the first part of the mod as the next part will turn your town into a city.
